Appointments
Timely Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that we may begin your appointment on time. Late arrivals will reduce the time of the scheduled appointment however, the price will remain the same. Please notify us if you are running late and we will try to work with you as the schedule allows.
Customer Requests
You may request a specific gender Massage Therapist while booking an appointment. We cannot guarantee that we will be have your request available at all times.
Payment Policy
We accept all major credit cards, cash and Cottage Retreat Gift Cards, Spa Finders and Cottage Retreat Gift Certificates.
Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to the recipient.
Cancellation Policy
Please notify the Cottage two hours prior to your appointment time if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we do not receive a call, you will be charged 100% full payment for services not canceled in the time allotted.
